Talk to Katherine

She will tell you about "Goatskin", the man may know the whereabouts of Liechtenstein, or have information about him. However, finding him is the biggest problem, and there are several ways to do this.
Talk to Cheng Yeke
After arriving at the "Wall Hole Hotel", talk to the hotel owner or the person standing outside. Both of you will tell you to find Cheng Yeke, so you will approach him, and he is likely to be in the hotel. After talking to him, you will do some skill checks.
If you can pass the skill check, you don't have to fight the NPC giants. You can even spend 200 Groshen to skip this battle, but since the money is more valuable, we recommend you not to do so. Instead, you have the option to fight against the giants.
Go to the coordinates marked on the map and talk to the giant. He will ask you to take off all your armor and if he still doesn't fight you, then take off all your equipment. Enter the ring and defeat him. Cheng Yeke will watch from the side, so once you defeat the giant and talk to him, you will win his respect.
Having said that, he will let you do one thing for him, which will trigger another task. So select the option "I'll do it later". Then he will tell you that goatskins usually appear at night near Hardeck and in the city of Horse. He also suggested that Henry go to the baths and the Dark Horse Bar to check it out.
Go to the bathhouse
Open the map and you will notice a search area. The big building in the lower right corner of the search area is the bathhouse, so go there. Next, talk to everyone around you and you will most likely learn something new from them.
A maid in the bathhouse, Haka, will tell you about Goatskin’s girlfriend Mary. Now, there are two Marys in the bathhouse, one is a carnivorous Mary and the other is a lazy Mary. What you are looking for is lazy Mary and talk to her about goatskin.
There is a persistent bug in the bathhouse that could cause Lazy Mary to be stuck in the upstairs kitchen. If this happens, just skip for an hour and continue searching for her in the bathhouse.
After talking to her, you will do some skill checks. If you succeed, she will help you find the person you are looking for. If it fails, she won't help, but you can still find a hiding place for goatskin.
If Lazy Mary doesn't go to the goatskin hiding place right after you talk, just talk to her again and ask her to pour you a glass of wine. After that, sleep with her, and after this incident, she might go to the goatskin.
After talking to her, she will most likely go to where the goatskin is, follow her and you will get to that location. However, you won't see him so easily because he hides deeply and time plays an important role here.
How to find goatskin
In the alley, goatskins only appear on the streets around 22:00 pm. You can skip the time to 22:00 and you may see him walking in the alley with a torch. However, he did not appear in our game. If he did not appear in your game, don't worry, there are other ways.
Enter the barn located behind the tailor. It's a no-zone, so make sure to go at night as someone may notice you during the day. Once you enter the barn, go upstairs and jump down and you will notice another ladder ahead, climb up and you will see a window.
Climb out of the window and there will be some platforms in front. Climb to the roof and enter the goatskin barn through the window. If you go to the evening, the goatskin is likely not there, so skip the day and you can find him.
After talking to him, you will do some skill checks again. This time it won't be too difficult to succeed, so choose the option with the most points, preferably the charm option. In this way he will only ask for 150 Groshen and you will get some important information.
If you don't have enough money to give goatskins, you can make money by playing dice, or you can also sell some armor as they are usually more expensive.
However, if you fail the skill check, you will need to pay 500 Groshen. After getting the information, it's time to go find Samuel to learn more about Liechtenstein.
Talk to Samuel
Go to the coordinates marked on the map and talk to Samuel. In this conversation, you��Do some skill checks again and you will most likely succeed. However, it doesn't matter if you don't succeed, because the task will continue to advance.
He will ask you to infiltrate into the meeting of anti-Semitists, but it will be an ambush, so be prepared. At this point, the meeting location will not appear on your map, so skip the time until midnight, as the meeting will be held then.
Once you reach the designated location, a cutscene will begin and two weapons will attack you. This battle may be a bit difficult because they will join forces against you. However, you probably don't need to beat them both. Just beat one and hurt the other slightly.
If you have difficulties defeating Samuel's men, try to defeat the one with the axe first and focus on the one with the hunting sword. You may also need to beat both of them completely to trigger the cutscene.
In this way, a cutscene will begin and Samuel will ask you to spare his men and make a deal with you. Apparently, he has been following Liechtenstein's orders and you seem to have doubts about him.
Because of this, Henry would hand over his sword to him, and after checking, Samuel suddenly began to trust him and returned the sword to him. Soon after, you will be taken to Liechtenstein. Tell him everything that happened and ask for his help to find Lord Capone.
