There are three main ways to enter this building:
The first and easiest way is through some platforms behind the warehouse, which can be used even before receiving the task. First, teleport to the beacon of Port Kravig and then go forward until you see a slightly raised platform on the left.
Jump to this platform and keep going up until you can jump onto the roof of one of the buildings. You will see some wooden platforms sticking out from the building, which you can jump to and eventually reach the hole leading to the warehouse.
The second method can only be used after you have accepted the Ladyless Talk task, because you need to talk to someone standing outside. After talking to them, you can threaten them to hand over the keys, or attack them directly and get the keys yourself.
Finally, you can also use three lock picking tools to open the warehouse door, although this method is not very recommended, as lock picking tools are very scarce in the early stages of the game.

When you go back to find her, you can choose to hand over the package to her without a doubt or threaten her to stop the business. No matter what choice you make, Juliana will get her package, but the way you choose will be very different.
If you decide to hand over the package to her kindly, she will give you 300 currency and the Lord of Night Shadow pampered jewelry, which can regain energy when approaching your partner. Selecting this option will also help you recruit a spy in the main mission of Dawn Coast.
