The Woods Hut in "Lost Records: Bloom and Anger" is a relatively unique place in the game. If you want to enter the woods, you can go around to the right and pry open the window. Once you remove the wooden tray, the window will still be Blocked. In order to pry the window open, you need to walk to the outhouse.
How to enter the Lost Record Bloom and Angry Woods Hut
When you and your friends visit the observation deck and come outside the cabin, you will find that the cabin is locked and reinforced. You can't access through the main entrance, but you need to go around to the right and pry open the window.
However, once you remove the wooden pallet, the window is still blocked. To pry the window open, you need to walk towards the outhouse and check the large hooks hanging from the outhouse. You can get the hook yourself, or have Kate help get it.
After getting the hook, go back to the window and remove the wooden boards on the frame. Swan can then enter the cabin, but in the process she will drop her camera.
