At first I thought I was using four weapons: long sword, axe, short sword and hammer in the process of defeating an enemy, but in fact it was not at all. First of all, there are more than these four weapons involved in the achievement conditions. Secondly, what the achievement really requires is to complete a kill with each weapon.
