First, you need to use the camera. You need to start with your circular tool Equip it in the bar so that the camera icon will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
How to use the camera in Katie Island Adventure
To use the camera, you need to first equip it from your circular toolbar. This way, the camera icon will appear in the lower right corner of the screen. At this point, you can click the icon to enter camera mode.
In camera mode, you will have some options. There are now two extra buttons above the camera icon. The button on the left will pop up various emojis that you can use to pose. The button on the right will make your character face forward (facing the camera).
At the bottom of the screen, you will also see two new buttons. The leftmost button allows all characters on the screen to face forward, including any islanders or guests in the picture. The button on the far right will let the NPC perform the same pose as you (such as sitting down or waving).
Once you click on the camera icon, the photo will be taken. From here you will see the following options.
Accept—Accept this photo, but do not save it to your device.
Save—Accept this photo and save it to your device (for example, it will be saved to your phone's album).
Share—Popt-up sharing options, such as posting photos to social media or sharing on Discord.
Reshoot—Return to camera mode to reshoot the photo.
