The walleye in "Stardew Valley" is a relatively unique special fish in the game. If you want to catch walleye, you can catch it at multiple locations in Pelican Town and its surrounding maps. No matter where you choose to fish, walleye can only be caught on rainy days in the fall between 12 p.m. and 2 a.m.

Walleye can be caught in several locations in and around the town of Pelican. No matter where you choose to fish, walleye can only be caught on rainy days in the fall between 12pm and 2am:
River in Pelican Town or Ash Pine Forest
Mountain Lake
Pond in Ash Pine Forest
In winter, if the Rain Totem is used, it can be captured in all the areas mentioned above
If you play on a river farm or forest farm, you can catch it in the farm pond
By far the best places to fish for walleye are the ponds in the Ash Pine Forest. Although you'll have to wait for a rainy fall, your chances of catching walleye are better here than anywhere else. Each cast has a 32% chance of catching a walleye.
