Diamonds in "Stardew Valley" are very important special resources in the game. If you want to get diamonds, you can go to the mine, skull cave, quarry or the gem node of the volcano dungeon to mine them. In the mine 50 Diamond nodes can be found on any floor below.
How to get diamonds in Stardew Valley
Although diamonds are difficult to find, there are many opportunities for you to obtain some. Some of these methods are more guaranteed than others, while others are only available in the later stages of the game.

Gem nodes in mines, skull caves, quarries, or volcano dungeons
Find diamond nodes in any floor below level 50 of the mine
