The Junimo Cabin in "Stardew Valley" is a very important special portable cabin in the game. However, many players are not sure what the specific purpose of this cabin is. In fact, its function is that Junimo will be in the game. Crops and flowers are harvested for you when they are fully mature, automatically.
What is the use of the Junimo Hut in Stardew Valley
Once you place a Junimo Hut on your farm, the Junimos will harvest crops and flowers for you when they are fully mature. However, there are some restrictions and Junimos will not harvest these crops under the following circumstances:
In winter or when it rains
Crops grown from wild seeds
Crops or flowers grown in pots
Generated giant crops
After 7:10 pm
Junimos will start at the door of the hut, collecting crops in a radius of 8 blocks. If there are crops outside this range, Junimos will not collect them, which is why you may want to have more Junimos on your farm, especially if you focus on growing profitable crops. Once all crops have been collected, you can take them from the hut just like you would from a chest.
If you want to have Junimos on your farm, but don't want them to harvest crops, you can toggle harvest mode by clicking on the hut and selecting a button with a Junimo icon holding a blueberry. In this case, Junimos will appear every day and just sit on your farm, but will not help you harvest crops.
