The best way to get cookies is to establish a four-heart friendship with Evelyn, at which time she will give you the cookie recipe. Once you have the recipe, you can make cookies using the following ingredients:
1 egg
1 sugar
1 part wheat flour
The eggs come from chickens, while the other two ingredients can be purchased directly from Pierre's shop (you don't need to grind your own flour to make these).
