First go to the beach circled in the picture below and fight the Chenlong with Zhu Bajie.

Teleport to "Huangfengling-Crouching Tiger Temple-Cellar", find Xu Gou to get the medicine, and also get the [Alchemy] bone-strengthening medicine.
Go back to the north shore of the Sea of Bitterness and give Xu Gou’s medicine to Chen Long.
After Chenlong gets the medicine, he will give you a [Ruyi Painting Scroll] and come to the paradise "Liuliu Village" in Liudingliujia.

Blacksmith Yinhu is in the large yard on the left. You can make weapons and equipment, upgrade equipment, and purchase materials at Yinhu.
After you challenge Yin Hu and win, he will give you the sword and get [Spell] Wu Chuan, which can transform into Yin Hu.
