Once at the top, jump to the roof where you will encounter a zombie.
At this point, you will receive a contact from Halls, who asks you to keep the zombies alive. However, Professor Lodo Chaka wants you to kill this zombie.
You can choose either option here, as either option will ultimately net you the Bear Detector and doesn't appear to have a long-term impact on STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl's story.
After dealing with the zombies, climb up the ladder on the opposite side and turn off the equipment above.
After completing the mission, return to Professor Lodo Chaka and deliver the mission, and you will receive the Big Bear Detector.
Getting the Bear Detector is one of the things you should prioritize in STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl.
