B1 Floor of Kidnapper's Cave
The Kidnapper's Cave has only two levels, and the first level will be where you're likely to spend the most time. While heading directly south is the fastest way to reach your goal, exploring the entire cavern will reward you with great rewards.
There is no fixed best path to explore the Kidnapper's Cave. It is a grid-like map with grids at the northernmost and southernmost ends. You will encounter many monsters in the process. The following are the monsters that may appear in the kidnapper's cave:

The lower right corner of the first floor is the exit, go underground.
Kidnapper Cave B2 Floor
The second level of Kidnapper's Cave mainly revolves around fighting the boss, but before you head south, you can go to the upper left and open four chests. None of them are Mimics, and there's some nice loot inside.
When you're ready, head down the central corridor. Two guards will open the door and ask you if you want to join their gang. Answer "No" and you'll fight four "Looters".
These enemies deal heavy damage, but are very vulnerable to lightning attacks.
After defeating them, head to the cell to the south. There is a lever to the left of Gopal's cell. By pulling the lever, two cells will be unlocked. Dapta and Tanya will emerge from the cells and start leaving.
