The Demon King's Claw Cave is not particularly long, but it has a rather inconvenient setting - magic cannot be used. While this does not restrict you from using a staff, you cannot use Shuchi, Retreat, heal, or any other magical ability.
For this reason, it is recommended to bring a Rogue, Warrior, or Martial Arts Master to better deal with this setting.
Starting in the upper left corner of the tunnel, you need to immediately go east and take the first path south. Then continue east, south, and east again until you see the stairs leading to the next floor. This is the fastest route and will help you avoid most random encounters.
