The special missions in different campaigns in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6" are different. The Detail Devourer is one of them. If you want to do this mission, you only need to complete all available tasks every time you visit The Rook. Just use the dialogue tree, which is very complicated.

This isn't as bad as it sounds, just talk to the following people every time you visit. Be sure to finish all of their dialogue before continuing. Some characters also don't have much to say on certain visits, but talk to them just to be sure.
First Visit (Arrival) - Talk to Woods and Marshall.
Woods is at the whiteboard and Marshall is at the head table.
Second Visit (Assembly) - Talk to Sev and Felix.
Sev is across from the Mission board, and Felix is at the table next to Sev.
Third Visit (Reunion) - Talk to Marshall and Adler.
Marshall was to the left of the mission committee, and Adler sat at the head table.
Fourth visit (Reconciliation) - Talk to Felix and Sev.
Felix was in the kitchen and Sev sat on a chair in the corner of the piano room, looking out.
Fifth visit (recovery) - Talk to Woods and Self.
Woods is at the whiteboard and Self is outside the front door.
Sixth Visit (Contact) - Talk to Woods and Marshall.
Woods is in the piano room and Marshall is at the table to the left of the task board.
Seventh visit (query) - Talk to Adler.
Adler is across from the Mission Board.
