There are many special achievements in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6", and force passing is one of them. If you want to do this achievement, you can defeat 25 enemies while driving a tank in ground control. Tank firing and direct impact are both possible.

In Ground Control, defeat 25 enemies while driving a tank
Near the end of the mission, you will take control of a tank on the tarmac. Get in there and crush as many enemies as you can. You'll definitely get this if you follow a large group of enemies and then take out the remaining enemies in the area before moving on. If you do well enough, you'll get this just before the final stretch to Gusev's plane.
Remember, you can destroy most of the environment around you, so if you see a large group of people doing something, take care of it.
