Return to the Sleepless Zone RE (Second Cycle) mission, but make sure you have Ido equipped. When you walk from a building to a rooftop, don't immediately overpower your neighbors. Instead, head to the door on the left and Ido can pick the lock.
Once inside this new room, you'll see a vent. Simply enter control mode and fly into the opening.
Continue through the ventilation ducts until you find an opening where you will see an injured Duny. You know what to do - control him, win battles and unlock a new rare character.
