When completed, a spirit of light will float out of them and into the lighthouse itself. Once all three are completed, head to the Music Room, the first secret area of the lighthouse.
How to enter the second sealed room of the lighthouse
To enter the second room, you need to go through the first one. In the music room, there should be a light spirit floating in the center. If not, you need to complete a quest and then come back. Once the Wraith appears, take it to the Wraith slots on the back wall to fill one of them.
Next, head to the pair of statues in the middle of the stairs. There should also be a light spirit floating between them. Grab it and bring it to the slot and the portal in the wall should open. Go through the portal and there will be another wall directly in front of you with a Light Socket on it.
Interact with the orb at the bottom of these steps to receive a caregiver upgrade discount.
Turn right and grab the light at the bottom of the steps, then go back and place it in the slot to open a new portal. Open the chest on the roof (as a rogue, we get the Coldsteel upgrade) and use the nearby power crystal to activate the laser beam. Move the laser beam to hit the three energy crystals on the roof (one left, one middle, and one right), then go through the portal back to the main room.
Now you can enter closed rooms and open chests - as a rogue we get the Focus Knife upgrade, as well as 9 Aether Residues, 1377 gold and Fen'harel's Mourning decoration.
