It's fairly easy, just about halfway through the mission you'll enter a terminal room and fight a group of enemies outside some shuttered doors. You'll get close to the louvered door and smoke will appear and Adler will shout a shotgun through the smoke. Kill the shotgunner and take his Marine SP. Note that you only have about 11 bullets. In the next room, every shot counts, as you need to kill 10 enemies, focusing on the enemies on the first floor, then climb to the top and kill the regular enemies there. This should pop up there.
