The special tasks in different campaigns in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6" are different. Keen Eyes is one of them. If you want to do this task, you only need to use Sev in "Under the Radar". Just use your eyesight to deal with all 3 guards.
How to complete the keen eye mission in the campaign

Use Sev's keen eye against all 3 guards in Under the Radar
There are 3 guards in total, one for each target. Sit down and talk with each guard before completing the objective, using the Keen Eyes chat dialogue each time. Look around and gather all the intel on each target, which should pop up. The important factor in achieving this is that you have to stick with every response and not try to undermine the goal in any other way.
Go to the radar antenna and talk to the guard using the following dialogue
(any option)>>Open your eyes and look around
Second option (11A)>>First option (Sergeant Whitman)>>Second option (clutter simulation)
He's finished.
Go to the helicopter guard and talk to him using the following dialogue;
KEEN EYE>>Look around
Second option (French Foreign Brigade)>>Third option (Leave it to your daughters)>>First option (Corporal Betzer)
Turn around and put the C4 into the cargo on the forklift.
Talk to the two soldiers next to the forklift and tell them to "go straight". Then you're screwed.
The next guard is at the SAM site, but instead, enters the building directly south of the SAM site guard and finds a man sleeping with a gun. Go into the room facing him and pick up the string cutter. Then go to the SAM field guard and talk to him using the following dialogue.

Second option (Belarus) >> First option (planned for tomorrow) >> Second option (guidance chip, GCX-78) >> Exit
Go straight north to the left side of the vertical container and lock the door into the container. Look to the left and open another door.
Follow the left hand side until you go through the back door and into the horizontal container containing the slugs. Open the door and destroy the missile.
Return to the guard at the front desk and talk to him again.
