What are the rewards for the Monster Hunter Wilderness open beta

In fact, one doesn't even have to play through the entire open beta to unlock the rewards. Simply create a character in the open beta to unlock these rewards when the full game launches.

Note: The following rewards are set for the full release of the game and are not available during the open beta.

The first of these rewards is the "Stuffed Felyne Teddy" pendant, which players can equip on their characters. While it doesn't appear to offer any gameplay bonus, it's definitely a lovely addition to any player's look and style.

The final reward is a few items that players can add to their inventory immediately:

Special medicine x10

Supplies x5

Life Powder x5

Ultimate Potion x2

Herbal medicine x2

Crystal Berry x2

Armored Ball x5

These items will all help players immediately when the full game is released on February 28, 2025. They will enhance the player's chances of success on their first hunt in the game.

In order to transfer these rewards to the full version of Monster Hunter Wilds, players will need to use the same platform account they used during the open beta.

It should also be noted that mission progress made during the open beta will not carry over to the full version; only player-created characters and those rewards will carry over to the new version. While it may not be the incentive for players that they want, it's still something that makes the open beta time worthwhile for the actual release.

Players can join the open beta immediately through PlayStation Store, Xbox Store and Steam. They will have until November 3 at 6:59 PM PT/9:49 PM ET to create their character.

During this time, they can participate in hunting missions against Chatakapura, Doshakumar, Balhara and Redayu. This is a great opportunity to explore content over the weekend.
