The number of materials a combat job brings back depends on the item level of the equipment. First of all, I think it would be good to collect aesthetic equipment and write 700.

Mining/Gardening
The number of materials a gatherer brings back depends on their "technique". At the 7.0 stage, it is cost-effective to equip Lv100 equipment with a focus on knowledgeable Ultima.
7.0 technology upper limit is 5168

For me, the technology to bring back 30 Lv100 materials seems to be around 4975.
Fisherman
Since I don't employ fishermen, I don't know their detailed status, but I think the process is the same as mining/gardening. I asked a friend to tell me what kind of fish to bring home, so I'll just post that.
Apparently, the minion "Green Bird" can be brought back with Fisherman's exploration request G31 (18 hours).
Developing retainers
Procurement request: 70 (1 hour)
Exploration request: 280 (18 hours)
Digging: 100 (1 hour)
Experience value efficiency when digging requests are set as 100. You won't receive any materials, but requesting excavated items is the most efficient way
