Ahead of launch, Activision has shared all the preloading intel you need to know in addition to the official launch times across the world.
With Treyarch making major changes to the Black Ops 6 file size, the preload date is essential intel so you have plenty of time to download the files onto your respective platform. Our Black Ops 6 preload guide has everything there is to know about downloading early along with a handy countdown to launch.
How to preload Black Ops 6
The process of preloading Black Ops 6 is really easy. You and the rest of the Call of Duty player base will have the ability to preload the game at exactly the same time with the official preload time being 9am PT / 5pm BST on October 21. This is ideal if you’ve got a slow internet connection as it means there’s plenty of time for the download to finish before you start loading into the action.
When the time rolls around, all you need to do is switch on the PC or console and go to the Call of Duty application. Once there, check for an update to trigger the download. If you purchase Black Ops 6 after October 21, the download will start automatically.
