How to get the key to Neely's Bar in Silent Hill 2
The Neely's Bar Key is needed to activate the record player, and activating the record player requires the Neely's Bar Coin, two broken vinyl records, record glue, and finally the jukebox button.
To get Neely's Bar Coins, you need to go to the Texas Cafe first, investigate the cash register at the counter, turn the key and then press the button (the button is the one in the lower right corner) to get the key item: Neely's Bar Coins.
There are two broken vinyl records. The first one is in the Miracle Record Store. You can get the key items of broken vinyl records and record glue by smashing the glass.
In the second one, you can go to Neely’s Bar to investigate the record player. After the investigation, you can get the broken vinyl record of the key item
Two records can be combined into a complete record using glue.
Use the jukebox button to enter Sol's apartment. Open the wardrobe on the first floor and enter the reception. Get the key item on the wall behind: the apartment key (Room 5). Go upstairs and use the vent at the door of Room 7. Climb in, use the key to enter room 5, go through the gap to the 3rd floor, and investigate the hole in the toilet to get the key item: the jukebox button.
Investigate the record player, insert the record, put the button, insert the coin, select C2, and finally get the key item: Neely's Bar Key
