Go left from the reception and find: Memo #19 in the lockers under the stairwell
Go up to the 2nd floor, enter room 202, and get the equipment: flashlight. Get the key item from the drawer: Slide Courtyard Key
Go downstairs and open the door to enter the courtyard, climb through the window and enter 112, go out and turn right to the end of the corridor to investigate the key to trigger the plot
Return to the reception desk, the door on the right opens, go to the end of the corridor and get the key item: 2nd floor corridor key
Enter room 108 and get the key item: golden apple handle
Enter Room 102 and get: Strange Photo #3
Go upstairs and use the key to open the door, enter Room 213, and investigate the bedroom wall: Glimpses #6
Climb through the gap and enter room 217 to get the equipment: pistol (don’t use it yet, you will need 11 bullets soon to get the trophy)
Return to room 213 and get the key item: Apartment 212 key
Open the door and enter 212, enter 210 through the balcony, and get: Strange Photo #4 by the window
Enter 207 and shoot all 11 balloon jump cups (it is recommended to save first and then load the file)
Enter 208 and use the golden apple handle, then enter 206, safe password: 15, 11, 13/13, 7, 11
Obtain key items: coins (men), steel keys
Use the key to open the door and leave the room, go to 205 to get the key item: the key to the small staircase on the 2nd floor
Return to 212, go through the gap, use the small key to open the door and go to the third floor
Go through 311 and 309 and enter 310 (first go to the room at the other end of the corridor) and get: Memo #20 in the drawer
Pass through 310, enter 312, and get on a wall: Memo #21
Crawl through the vent in the room and get the key item: the can of juice. Then use it on the garbage port next to it
Return to the courtyard on the 1st floor to get the key item: Coin (Woman)
Go to room 116, trigger the plot, then jump out of the window and get the key item on the stroller: coin (snake)
Go back to the reception on the 1st floor and solve the coin puzzle in the room. The coins can be turned over. Follow the text prompts. It is very simple.
After solving the puzzle, you will get the key item: Apartment 201 key
