"Rebirth" ending
Requirements:
NG+ is required. This ending requires you to collect 4 artifacts
The first item you will encounter is the "Crimson Ritual", which is in the cemetery at the beginning of the game, near the water in front of the grave.
The second item required is the "White Holy Oil" which can be found on the porch of the Baldwin mansion across the street from Jack
The third "Obsidian Cup" can be found inside the Silent Hill Historical Society, near where the Pyramid Head is. There will be a secret compartment here that once contained a painting.
The fourth item "Book of Lost Memories" can be found in the Lakeview Hotel, in the Lost and Found Office, and in the broken wall in the Toluca Cafe
After collecting all the items, just finish the last boss to complete the game
Once you grab the last item, it should be noted that this ending will be locked.
The "Rebirth" ending unlocks the "Immortality" achievement
