Go to the north of Dazhou, just past the pet shop. You'll find a jewelry store in the window on the left and you'll see a blue Jem sitting in a box vandalizing and stealing
Head to the top of Thor's apartment where you will notice some strange noises, once you hear these you can examine the gems, if you hear more strange noises you can safely move on.
For the second location, you'll need to head north to Rosewater Park by the water and repeat what you did before
Finally, go to Room 312 of the Lakeview Hotel to examine the gem.
The ending of "UFO" is a 2/2 joke ending, which unlocks the "Tin Foil Hat" achievement
