FUT Champions Play-Offs rewards
Once the FUT Champs start time arrives, to qualify for the FUT Champs Finals, you must first advance through the Play-Offs, which themselves require 1,000 Champions Qualification Points to reach. You need to win three games out of five, and while this might seem like quite a tough ask, you get plenty of chances to do it, so even if you get unlucky, there’s still a pretty good chance that you’ll manage to do it.
There are six ranks in the Play-Offs, each with their own rewards:

FUT Champions Finals rewards
Once you’ve qualified for the Finals via the Play-Offs, you can play 15 matches to determine your final rank. There are 10 possible ranks, each with their own rewards, with some excellent rewards on offer for players able to reach the highest ranks:
