Gustavo Serrano, also known as ElCardenal, is a true believer in Santa Muerte. He tried to make life better for people throughout Mexico and Bolivia. He believed that the only way to instill faithful faith was to improve the quality of life.
El Cardenal was one of El Sueño's closest advisors and he recommended promotional actions and charitable works in the various churches of Santa Blanca.�Preaching on the radio. He was responsible for establishing El Sueño's public image and encouraging El Sueño's charitable activities, educational development, and other NGO humanitarian activities. He was also the one who suggested that El Sueño write the Bible.
