Not to be Missed is unlocked when you talk to Cyrus, who stands outside the Adventurers’ Guild.

Requirement: Speak to Cyrus at the Adventurers’ Guild in Mondstadt City
Recommended Level: 10
Reward: 100 Adventure EXP, 8,000 Mora, 1 Guide to Freedom
Mission Description: Follow up on some suspicious activity just outside of Mondstadt City
Objectives:
- Clear the suspicious location and eliminate any threats
- Talk to Cyrus
Starting Location: Mondstadt City
Find Cyrus in front of the Adventurers’ Guild in Mondstadt City.
Check the suspicious location and eliminate any threats
Location #1: Use the Teleport Waypoint just outside of Mondstadt City. The first location is a small camp of hilichurls.
Defeat them to clear out the first location.
Location #2: Climb up the cliff face right next to you and head northeast to find a second camp of hilichurls.
Defeat them to clear out the second location.
Location #3: Climb east up the cliff face and continue east-by-northeast.
There you find a camp of hilichurls. Defeat them, and another wave of hilichurls appears, accompanied by an Abyss Mage.
Defeat them to clear out the third location.
Talk to Cyrus
Teleport back to Mondstadt City and head to the Adventurers’ Guild. Talk to Cyrus to inform him about the hilichurl camps.
Finish this conversation to complete subquest Not to be Missed.
