Crystal Tears is the fourteenth subquest in Prologue: Act 2, For A Tomorrow Without Tears, an Archon Quest in Genshin Impact. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Crystal Tears Archon Subquest.
Crystal Tears is unlocked automatically when you finish the three previous subquests, Fallen Tears, Hidden Tears. and Stolen Tears.

This quest begins automatically after completing Fallen Tears, Hidden Tears, and Stolen Tears.
Talk to Jean
Meet up with Jean, Diluc, and Venti. They stand outside Diluc’s winery southwest of Mondstadt City, Dawn’s Winery. Interact with Jean to begin the conversation.
The group determines the next course of action. To help Stormterror, Venti needs to play the full power Holy Lyre der Himmel for the dragon. They determine the best place to do this is Starsnatch Cliff, a tall cliff on the east side of Mondstadt.
When prompted, press Triangle/Y to apply the newly-purified Dvalin’s Tears to the Holy Lyre der Himmel. There are three crystals to apply to the lyre, but you only need to press Triangle/Y one time.
The Crystal Tears subquest completes at the end of this conversation.
