The mobile application of the network of fitness clubs Spirit for the strong in spirit.

Spirit is the official mobile application of the Spirit fitness club chain, which allows you to:

• Get information about the club

• Get information about the occupancy of the club and the remoteness of the club from the current location

• Issue and pay for a subscription, set up auto payment and payment history

• Get access to the personal account of a member of the cube

• View the schedule of group classes and create your own personal schedule

• Access a library of exercises and training programs

• Train on ready-made programs, adapt them and create your own

• Keep a workout diary, track results

Based on data from InBody Body Composition and Fitness Tests, club members have access to training programs that are tailored to the fitness level and goals of the users. Training modes: fat loss, endurance, strength endurance and strength include:

• low and high intensity cardio workouts,

• functional training with additional equipment and own body weight,

• training in simulators and with weights,

• special programs for women and men,

• focus training to work out specific muscle groups.

Each workout is a set of exercises, with an indication of the working weight, the number of sets, repetitions and rest times. Exercises contain video instructions describing and demonstrating the technique for performing the exercise, with an emphasis on key elements.

The app has access to location data in the background to provide users with up-to-date information about the occupancy of the club.

Spirit is a cooperative strategy board game for 2-5 players, ages 14 and up, that takes about 90 minutes to play. Players take on the roles of spirits of the natural world, each with their own unique powers and abilities. The goal of the game is to work together to defend the land from the invading colonists and blight, which corrupts the land and makes it uninhabitable.

The game is played on a modular board that represents the land. Players place their spirit tokens on the board and use their powers to generate energy, move around the board, and attack the colonists and blight. The colonists are represented by wooden meeples, and the blight is represented by plastic tokens.

The game is played over a series of rounds. In each round, players take turns performing actions. Actions include generating energy, moving around the board, attacking the colonists and blight, and playing cards. Cards can be used to enhance the spirits' powers, or to provide other benefits.

The colonists and blight are controlled by a deck of cards. Each card has a number of colonists or blight that will be placed on the board. The cards are drawn randomly, so the players never know what is coming next.

The game ends when either the players win by driving the colonists and blight off the board, or the players lose by having their spirits destroyed or the land becoming too corrupted by blight.

Spirit is a challenging and rewarding game that requires players to work together and use their powers wisely. The game is highly replayable, as the modular board and random card draw ensure that no two games are ever the same.

Gameplay

The game is played over a series of rounds. In each round, players take turns performing actions. Actions include:

* Generating energy: Spirits can generate energy by placing their presence on land tiles. Energy can be used to pay for actions, or to power up cards.

* Moving: Spirits can move around the board by spending energy. They can move to any adjacent land tile, or they can use their powers to move further.

* Attacking: Spirits can attack the colonists and blight by spending energy. The strength of an attack is determined by the spirit's power level and the number of energy spent.

* Playing cards: Spirits can play cards to enhance their powers, or to provide other benefits. Cards can be played at any time during a player's turn.

Winning and Losing

The players win the game if they drive the colonists and blight off the board. The players lose the game if their spirits are destroyed or the land becomes too corrupted by blight.

Components

The game includes the following components:

* Modular board: The board is made up of hexagonal land tiles. The tiles can be arranged in different ways to create a variety of different game boards.

* Spirit tokens: Each player has a spirit token that they use to represent their spirit on the board.

* Colonist meeples: The colonists are represented by wooden meeples.

* Blight tokens: The blight is represented by plastic tokens.

* Card deck: The deck of cards is used to control the colonists and blight.

* Energy tokens: Energy tokens are used to pay for actions and power up cards.

Expansions

There are currently two expansions available for Spirit:

* Branch & Claw: The Branch & Claw expansion adds new spirits, new land tiles, and new cards to the game. It also introduces a new game mode called "scenarios."

* Jagged Earth: The Jagged Earth expansion adds even more spirits, land tiles, and cards to the game. It also introduces a new game mode called "aspects."
