KIKOM is a configurable, customizable communication and organizational platform for providers and individual companies in the social economy. Taking into account the highest security standards, KIKOM enables simple and structured communication between institutions and their clients (such as parents, relatives, young people, legal guardians) as well as within internal teams. With our all-in-one solution, clients and employees in different life and care situations can manage different facilities and care situations using ONE solution with one account.

KIKOM is NOT a messenger! Through structured communication in combination with fully integrated organizational and administration tools (attendance recording, duty scheduling, billing, form center, appointment calendar), processes and procedures become more efficient, which reduces the workload on employees. Managers and sponsors receive a transparent overview of all events in the organization and can ensure quality standards and organizational guidelines using authorization concepts, templates and comprehensive account management.

Employees and clients can access across devices via the Internet browser on their PC workstation or laptop as well as on the go using a smartphone or tablet via an app.

A differentiated role and authorization concept regulates access rights for providers, managers, employees and parents/relatives as well as direct clients (e.g. nursing home residents).
