TVS Motor Company introduces TRUCHAMP app for mechanics

The users can login into the app through OTP verification of mobile number. Users can both capture the TRU4 oil purchase and get the incentive on the purchase through this app.

TRUCHAMP is an exciting and challenging card game that combines elements of poker and rummy. Players use a standard deck of 52 cards to form melds, which are sets of three or more cards of the same rank or suit. The goal of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards.

Gameplay

TRUCHAMP is played with 2-4 players. Each player is dealt a hand of 7 cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in a draw pile. The player to the left of the dealer starts the game by drawing a card from either the draw pile or the discard pile. If the player can form a meld with the card they drew, they lay it down on the table. Players can also add cards to existing melds on the table.

If a player cannot form a meld, they must discard one card to the discard pile. The next player then takes their turn.

Melds

There are two types of melds in TRUCHAMP: sets and runs. Sets are three or more cards of the same rank, such as three Aces or four Kings. Runs are three or more cards of the same suit in sequence, such as 5-6-7 of hearts or Queen-King-Ace of spades.

Scoring

The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the round. The other players score penalty points for the cards they have left in their hands. The number of penalty points for each card is as follows:

* Ace: 1 point

* 2-10: 5 points

* Jack, Queen, King: 10 points

Winning

The game is played over multiple rounds. The first player to reach 100 penalty points loses the game. The player with the fewest penalty points at the end of the game wins.

Variations

There are many variations of TRUCHAMP, including:

* Crazy TRUCHAMP: In this variation, players can form melds with any combination of cards, regardless of suit or rank.

* Progressive TRUCHAMP: In this variation, the penalty points for each card increase as the game progresses.

* Team TRUCHAMP: In this variation, players play in teams of two. The first team to reach 100 penalty points loses the game.
