When you join a program, you are told which workout to do each day, warm-ups, and finishers! You will have video demonstrations with 2 camera angles so that you can observe the correct form of exercise. Each exercise will also include instructions on how to perform the exercise, additional form tips, and information on which muscle group you are working. You can change any exercise for an alternative one, as well as you can save the history of the repetitions and the weight that you are using.

Nutrition:

Personalized meal plans based on your goals and personal data, created by our sports nutritionist. They include standard, vegetarian and vegan options.
