Gameplay Overview:

Jaipur: Xavier School is a strategy card game for 2 players that simulates the trading of goods in the Indian city of Jaipur. Players take on the roles of merchants who are trying to amass the most wealth and prestige by trading goods, fulfilling contracts, and acquiring camels.

Game Components:

* 55 Goods cards (10 Indigo, 10 Spices, 10 Leather, 10 Gold, 15 Silver)

* 20 Contract cards (5 for each type of good)

* 10 Camel cards

* 2 Player mats

* 5 Cloth bags (for holding goods cards)

Game Setup:

1. Shuffle the Goods cards and deal 5 cards to each player.

2. Place the remaining Goods cards face down in 5 piles in the center of the table.

3. Shuffle the Contract cards and place them face down in a pile.

4. Shuffle the Camel cards and place them face down in a pile.

Gameplay:

The game is played over a series of rounds. On their turn, a player can take one of the following actions:

* Take 2 Goods cards: Take any 2 Goods cards from the market piles or from the top of the deck.

* Trade 2 Goods cards: Trade any 2 Goods cards in your hand with another player.

* Fulfill a Contract: Discard a set of 3 or more Goods cards of the same type to fulfill a Contract card.

* Acquire a Camel: Take a Camel card from the pile.

Scoring:

* Contracts: Each Contract card is worth 1-5 points, depending on the number of Goods cards required to fulfill it.

* Camels: Each Camel card is worth 5 points at the end of the game.

End of the Game:

The game ends when either the Goods deck or the Contract deck is depleted. The player with the most points wins.

Strategies:

* Control the Market: Try to collect sets of Goods cards that are in high demand or that are needed to fulfill specific Contracts.

* Negotiate Trades: Trade with your opponent to acquire the Goods cards you need and to get rid of the ones you don't want.

* Fulfill Contracts: Prioritize fulfilling Contracts that offer the most points and that you can fulfill quickly.

* Acquire Camels: Camels are valuable because they allow you to draw more cards and to trade with your opponent more often.

* Manage Your Hand: Keep a balanced hand of Goods cards, and avoid holding too many of the same type.
