War Council is a grand strategy game set in the fictional world of Valeria. Players take on the role of one of six factions vying for control of the continent. The game features a deep and complex strategic layer, as well as a tactical combat system that allows players to command their armies in real-time.

Gameplay

War Council is played on a large map of Valeria, which is divided into provinces. Each province produces resources, which can be used to build units, research technologies, and construct buildings. Players must carefully manage their resources and expand their territory in order to gain an advantage over their opponents.

The strategic layer of War Council is turn-based. During their turn, players can move their units, build new units, research technologies, and construct buildings. They can also declare war on other factions, form alliances, and trade with other players.

The tactical combat system in War Council is real-time. When two armies meet on the battlefield, the player must command their units in real-time. Players can use a variety of tactics to defeat their opponents, such as flanking, ambushing, and using special abilities.

Factions

There are six factions in War Council:

* The Empire: A powerful and technologically advanced faction that seeks to conquer all of Valeria.

* The Kingdom: A proud and noble faction that seeks to defend its homeland from the Empire.

* The Confederacy: A loose alliance of city-states that seeks to maintain its independence.

* The Horde: A savage and nomadic faction that seeks to plunder and conquer.

* The Elves: A mystical and ancient faction that seeks to protect the forests of Valeria.

* The Dwarves: A sturdy and industrious faction that seeks to mine the riches of Valeria.

Victory Conditions

There are three ways to win a game of War Council:

* Conquest: Conquer all of the provinces on the map.

* Domination: Control a certain percentage of the provinces on the map.

* Score: Earn the most points by conquering provinces, defeating enemy units, and completing quests.
