At the start of the game, you choose your box based on your prediction that it will contain the maximum amount of €60,000. In round 1, you have 21 boxes in front of you. Inside them, there are various amounts of money, which are written on the right and left of the screen. In each round you choose which box you want to chase, based on your prediction that it will contain the least amount possible. During the rounds, the banker makes some offers to you, with the aim of tempting and "kicking" you out of the game with the minimum possible amount that he judges, based on the development of the game.

Deal or No Deal: Millionaire is a game of chance and psychology based on the popular television show. The core gameplay revolves around the player selecting one of 26 briefcases, each containing a hidden cash prize ranging from $1 to $1,000,000. The player's chosen briefcase is kept unopened, and the goal is to determine if the amount inside is higher or lower than the "Banker's" offers throughout the game.

The game proceeds through a series of rounds. In each round, the player must open a set number of the remaining briefcases. After each round, the Banker, a mysterious figure, offers the player a cash amount to buy their chosen briefcase. The offer is based on the values remaining in the unopened briefcases. If many high-value briefcases remain, the Banker's offer will be higher. Conversely, if many low-value briefcases are left, the offer will be lower. The player then has to decide whether to "Deal" (accept the Banker's offer and end the game) or "No Deal" (reject the offer and continue to the next round).

The game continues until either the player accepts a Banker's offer, or only two briefcases remain – the player's original chosen briefcase and one other. In the latter case, the player has the option to switch their briefcase with the remaining one before it is opened to reveal its contents. The amount in the final opened briefcase is the amount the player wins.

Success in Deal or No Deal: Millionaire relies heavily on luck, as the initial distribution of cash values is random. However, strategic decision-making plays a crucial role. Players must weigh the potential reward of continuing the game against the risk of eliminating high-value briefcases and reducing the Banker's offers.
