First time
Green Bamboo Forest-Snake Path, after activating the Earth Temple, take the stairs up the mountain.
Don't cross the bridge first, and go to the right at the end of the bridge to meet the Gourd Immortal.
The Gourd Immortal will enlighten your gourd, and then you can use the gourd to absorb the essence. Repeat the conversation with the Gourd Immortal until it is repeated.
Second Chapter
After defeating the Tiger Pioneer in Crouching Tiger Temple, teleport to the "Yellow Wind Formation-Zhenfeng Gate" Earth Temple and open the stone door next to it.
Go through the stone gate to the Yellow Wind Formation. Turn left and walk to the end to encounter [Meditation Futon] and Gourd Immortal. After a while, go to the right to fight the BOSS Yellow Wind Monster.
The Calabash Immortal tells you that the scales of the Jinghe Dragon King killed by Wei Zheng in his dream are in Huangfengling. They refer to the flying dragon scales we got by smashing the wall before.
The third chapter
Turn left from Chonghan Road Tutu Temple and walk up. At the fork in the road, go right and go up the long stairs to Anshen Temple.
On the left is a snowfield, and you can reach the outer wall of Anshen Temple all the way up the mountain.
You can explore both sides and eventually reach Anshen Temple.
Enter the Anshen Temple to fight the red-clad horse monkey, and then the Gourd Immortal will teach you the [Spell] Anshen method. This encounter with the Gourd Immortal is something that must be passed through in the main plot, so don’t worry about missing it.
Chapter 4
After passing the "Huanghuaguan-Guanmen" Earth Temple, walk up the long stairs and enter the courtyard. There is a treasure chest under the thick tree in the middle of the yard.
Enter the door on the right side of the courtyard.
After entering the door, there is a [Meditation Futon] next to the tree on the left.
Go forward and go up the stairs to kill monsters to get the [Essence] Snake Capture Head, then go up and enter the door to see the Gourd Immortal.

The fifth chapter
Danzao Valley-Rakshasa Palace, walk forward along the road.
Walk up the road and see the giant monster holding the shield. Go to the left first to see the Gourd Immortal Yuan Shoucheng. Then come back and go to the right later.
Turn left and there is a big hole. Go in and see the Gourd Immortal Yuan Shoucheng. Break the glowing jar to get [Three Winter Insects].
After talking to him, ask Shen Hou to upgrade the initial gourd in the game to the full level (can drink 9 mouthfuls), and then you can get the [Gourd] Shangqingbao Gourd at the fire. In fact, it just upgrades you to another level, and now you can drink 10 sips.
