Smoothies in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom work a lot like meals in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. You’ll follow a recipe to make one, then use the smoothie to heal, replenish your energy, or to gain effects like Fire-Proof or Glow.
Our Echoes of Wisdom guide has a map for all eight smoothie shop locations in Hyrule and a list of the shops where you can buy the various ingredients, plus what those ingredients are. We’ve also include a list of smoothie recipes in Echoes of Wisdom we’ve found so far.
All smoothie shop locations in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
There are six smoothie shops in the Echoes of Wisdom overworld. You’ll find them in the Gerudo Oasis (not the town), Kakariko Village, Goron City, north of Hyrule Castle Town, Seesyde Village, and Faron Wetlands.
Where to find smoothie ingredients in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
The short answer here is: You’ll find smoothie ingredients as you wander through Hyrule, smashing pots and crates and uprooting plants. Some monsters will even drop ingredients when you kill them.
If you’re looking for something specific, you’ll also find smoothie ingredients in each shop.
Seven of the eight shops sell ingredients themed to that shop’s region.
If you’re looking for Fresh Milk, you can head to Hyrule Ranch and buy it right from the (farmer milking the) cow.
Smoothie recipes list in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
There are 69 (nice) recipes for smoothies that we’ve found so far. You’ll need to find 10 of them — and then 20 more — for the “Recipes, Please” side quest in Seesyde Village. (You’ll also need to make the Warmed Mixed Special smoothie for the “A Treat for my Person” side quest.)
